You?
A real estate branding agency from Melbourne for agencies, buyer advocates and property platforms.
Every agency in the suburb promises the best price. A brand is how a vendor chooses yours before the appraisal.
Reputation is built long before the listing appointment: the boards in the street, the campaign on the bus shelter, the website on a phone. Most agencies in a suburb run the same brand in a different colour. Peritum stood out by talking about what property is for: dream homes and the financial goals behind them.
Real Estate Brand Audit & Strategy
We map the agencies and platforms you compete with, read how vendors, buyers and investors see you, and find the position you can own in your suburbs. For Peritum that meant shifting the brand and the offer. For Bryx, a property investment platform, it meant positioning a new way into the market as a more democratic one.
- Competitor mapping, suburb by suburb
- Positioning and brand narrative
- Audience definition: vendors, buyers, landlords, investors
- Naming for a new agency or platform
What does the brand audit cover?
How vendors and buyers see you against your competitors, how the brand reads from the search result to the board, and what your team says you stand for. Two weeks, one working session, and a clear call: leave it, refresh it or rebuild it.
Identity, Voice & Agent Brands
A system every agent can use: logo, type, colour, photography direction, voice and guidelines, with room for the agent’s own name. It has to work on a board at forty metres and on a card in a hand. Bryx’s wordmark was drawn on a grid so it scales from an icon to cropped letterforms across a hoarding.
- Logo, typography and colour
- Agent and office sub-brands
- Photography and art direction
- Voice, tone and messaging
Can agents keep their personal brands?
Yes, inside the system. A top performer gets their profile and the office keeps its reputation when they move on.
Boards, Campaigns & Print
Boards, hoardings, bus shelter and outdoor campaigns and the appraisal documents, as one system with print-ready files for your signage supplier. Peritum’s bus shelter posters, wayfinding and outdoor scrim and Bryx’s billboards and hoarding were designed with the brand.
- For-sale boards, hoardings and billboards
- Campaigns across outdoor, print and social
- Appraisal documents, brochures and pitch decks
- Office signage and wayfinding
Can you design the boards and the campaign?
Yes, as part of the identity, with the sizes and materials your signage supplier needs.
Websites, Listings & Marketing
A real estate website has to carry the listings, win the appraisal and work on a phone between inspections. We design and build in Webflow, connect your CRM and listing feed, and run the local SEO and Google Ads that put you first in your suburbs. We are a Webflow Premium Partner and Google Ads Partners.
- Webflow website design and development
- Listing feed and CRM integration
- Local SEO, Google Business Profiles and Google Ads
- Email and social templates
Do you build the website too?
Yes. The team that sets the strategy builds the site, so nothing is lost in a handover.
A clear process for a real estate brand that owns its market.
Audit & Diagnose
Your competitors, your reputation with vendors and buyers, and the honest call: leave, refresh or rebuild.
Position & Strategise
The position you own in your suburbs and the story that holds it, agreed with the principals.
Design the System
Identity, agent brands, voice and templates, tested on a board and a phone.
Build & Roll Out
Website, boards, campaign, office signage. Agents meet the brand before vendors do.
Steward
We stay on for the new office, the next campaign and the next round of boards.
Starting prices, + GST, scoped to the business and how many offices and agents the brand has to cover.
- Brand Audit (two weeks): competitor map, perception read, positioning options, a recommendation with a price for each path. The audit fee comes off the strategy fee if you go on.
- Brand Strategy (from AUD 5,000 + GST): positioning, purpose, audience mapping and brand narrative.
- Brand Identity Design (from AUD 10,000 + GST): the visual and verbal system on a strategic foundation, with guidelines.
- Full Brand: strategy and identity end to end, for a business repositioning for growth or a group bringing several names under one.
Boards, campaigns and office signage are scoped from the start. Get in touch to find out where yours lands.
It helps you answer three questions and apply the answers everywhere.
- Who are we? The idea the business stands for.
- What makes us different? The position that separates you from the agencies a vendor compares you with.
- How do we say it? The identity and system that carry it, from the website to the board.
In practice: brand strategy, identity, guidelines, boards and campaigns and a website. Here is how our brand strategy works.
A different brief. An agency or buyer advocate is chosen by vendors and buyers at an appraisal; the builders, architects and developers on our property branding page are chosen by clients and investors over years.
Most full projects run 8 to 16 weeks from kick-off to final delivery.
- Weeks 1–3, Discovery and Research: stakeholder interviews and workshops, market and competitor analysis, audience research.
- Weeks 4–6, Strategy: positioning and differentiation, messaging framework and brand platform.
- Weeks 7–10, Identity Design: logo and visual identity, design system, application across touchpoints.
- Weeks 11–14, Refinement and Guidelines: refinement, brand guidelines and toolkit, templates.
- Weeks 15–16, Handover and Support: final delivery, team training and launch planning.
Boards and office signage follow your supplier’s dates. A brand usually launches with a campaign, so we plan the two together.
It depends on your goals and the state of the brand. You likely need a full rebrand if:
- your positioning no longer reflects who you are or where you are going
- you have outgrown your original market or changed what you sell
- the brand creates confusion or fails to differentiate
- the visual identity looks dated next to the businesses you compete with
- the people who run the business struggle to explain what makes it different
You likely need a brand refresh if:
- the core positioning is strong but the visuals look tired
- you are evolving, not changing direction
- the guidelines lack consistency or do not scale
- the messaging needs tightening, not rethinking
Not sure? That is what the audit is for. It tells you which of these you are, and what each path would cost.
Yes. Our studio is in Mornington and we work across Melbourne and nationally, in person or online.
